Eleven years on the same corner.
Kabul Exchange opened in Cranbourne North in 2014, in a shopfront where most customers walked in already knowing someone who worked here. We started because sending money home was expensive, slow, and confusing — and because nobody was explaining it in Dari or Pashto.
Eleven years later we are AUSTRAC registered, we handle business payments as well as family transfers, and we still answer the phone ourselves.
