- How long does a transfer take?
- Most transfers to Kabul are collected within four hours during business hours. Transfers to Pakistan, Iran and the UAE are usually same day.
- What do I need to send money?
- Your photo ID, the receiver’s full name exactly as on their ID, and their mobile number. For amounts over $5,000 we also ask where the funds came from — an AUSTRAC requirement.
- What does it cost?
- A flat $10 on transfers under $2,000 and no fee above that. The exchange rate we quote you is the rate applied — we do not add a margin on top.
- How does my family collect the money?
- Cash pickup at our partner offices with their ID and the reference number we text you, or direct deposit to a local bank or mobile wallet.
- Can I send money for a business?
- Yes. We handle supplier and import payments with invoice documentation and can provide a settlement statement for your accountant.
- Is there a limit on how much I can send?
- There is no hard cap, but transfers above $10,000 need additional documentation and a short phone call before we send.
